While others were setting their fantasy lineups & putting $100 on Fanduel 2-Team teasers, Seton Smash was focused on the task at hand & that was slugging Wolf Pack in their double header. Game 1 had the looks of a blowout early as Seton Smash went up 11 - 0 thanks to, well, everyone! Shantz & Wendler both had 2 RBI's apiece. Pitcher Jared was dominant through 3 innings of play, shutting out their opponent. Wolf Pack was starting coming alive in the 4th inning with Richie & Tausey smacking in an RBI each. Pitcher Colin helped his cause and smoked a 3 run Homer into deep right field to get them back within 6. Felix hit in a nice insurance run in the bottom of the 6th for Seton Smash. What really hurt Wolf Pack was their late start; it was just "too late".
MVP for game 2? Take your pick! Kyle? He only went 3 for 3 with 3 runs scored, 5 RBI's & a Grand Salami! How about Jared? He pitched a 3 hit game through 4 innings! WOW! The Wolf Pack were simply deflated. Fly out after fly out. The ball was coming off their bats nicely, but Seton Smash were playing them deep & covered a lot of ground in the outfield. Seton Smash is a tough team to beat; watch out for them moving forward!
