HOBOKEN, NJ -- ABL's Summer 5 v 5 Flag Football League kicks off on Thursday, June 7th at JFK Stadium. Each team will be scheduled for 7 regular season games, plus playoffs, on Thursday Nights at 8pm/9pm.

If you cannot make a scheduled game (min. 4 players to avoid a forfeit), please be sure to notify league director Rob (rgray@ablsportsleague.com) within 48 hours of your game, otherwise a 'forfeit fine' of $50 will apply.
Each team needs a minimum 8 players on the Roster (max 12). Registration has ended, so if you are not on a team, but are looking to play, please join the Free Agent Board.

The top 4 teams in the division will qualify for the playoffs - a single-elimination tournament to determine the Division Champions.
The Champs will receive a team cup trophy and championship shirts at our Awards Party in January, along with a future team discount.
