Despite the loss, Jeff Peragallo comes away with our Player of the Week honors for his all-around effort against division rival Probably Hungover. He scored a game high 23 points, which was also good enough to tie for the second highest mark of week 8. 9 of those 23 points came from long range and he would snag 4 rebounds while adding 4 assists, 5 steals, and a block to round out the stat sheet. He orchestrated the Wolfpack offense from the point guard position, taking a more aggressive approach in this game, and was the typical menace to the opposing offense that he has proven to be, consistently jumping into passing lanes and contesting shots on the defensive end of the floor. The team would fall just shy in a 49-47 loss to Probably Hungover, but this didn’t overshadow the complete effort put forth by Peragallo, who has led his team to a 5-2 record and a tie for 1st place in the Kristaps Porzingis Division.
