Tainos ready for the Playoffs!

Plenty of momentum as they sweep Adrenaline Rush

Tainos are a team to watch out for in the Playoffs.  They made handy work of the Ad Rush on 10/30.  The Final Scores of each game was 20-10 & 12-5.

The biggest thing we have noticed about Tainos is that they are deep & propose match up problems in all areas of their line up.  They have speed, they have power & the have experience.  "Lou" the pitcher, often referred to as "Pops" has that rugged, seasoned veterans look about him.  Nothing fazes him on the mound & he can find the strike zone w/ little to no effort.  The top of their lineup reminds me of the Chicago White Sox in the 90's w/ Tim Raines & Joey Cora.  Ray & Jon hit singles & have the speed around the bases to turn them into extra base hits. This is part of the reason they score virtually in every inning.  Power hitters Jamie, Carmine & Luigi bring the lumber (or titanium in this case) & swing at everything! I could go on forever about this team, but in the end, everyone contributes.

When it's not just 1 or 2 guys on a squad, you have to look out for these guys!

Tainos (12-4) have won 12 of their last 13 games and will take on Arsenal (11-5) in Round 1 of the Playoffs.
