In last week's games, The EarthQUATES opened the night off with a 21-2 win over House ShufflePuff. Hubby and Wife Lisa and Jeremy of the QUATES were unstoppable as they scored 11 and 10 points respectively. Jeremy allowed zero points to KB. It was a rough start to the night for HSP, but it would remain to be seen how they respond later in the evening.

Two Bad asses squared off against Every Day We're Shufflin next and after a back and forth start, EDWS ran away with it 21-15 thanks to Cathy and Neil putting together a complimentary game of 10 and 11 pts each.

That defeat must have gotten TBA angry, and Truffle Shuffle had to be on the other side of that anger, as Jon and Jerry posted the first shut out of the season, crushing TS 21-0. Jon scored 15 of the games points, while Jerry continued to play great defense. 

House ShufflePuff then went on to win their first game of the season with a surprise win over EDWS, 21-15. Jake was able to keep Cliff, the present league scoring leader, down to a season low 6 pts. KB led the game in scoring with 11 pts, also a season high for KB.

In the rematch, and House ShufflePuffs last game of the night, they faced The EarthQUATES. In a totally different game than the first, HSP took the lead early as KB shut down Lisa, and HSP took an early lead of 9-6. The EarthQUATES clawed their way back, however as Jeremy was able to hold his ground against a much improved, Jake, on the other side. Jeremy ended up scoring 13 pts to help The EarthQUATES win 21-15.

To end the night it was Truffle Shuffle and The EarthQUATES. It was another back and forth game for most of the match, as Josh was able to score on Jeremy with deep draws for 3 and 4 pts. However, Lisa picked up the slack on the other side of the table and outscore Joanna 12-7 which was the difference in the game as EQs beat TS 21-15.
