NEPTUNE, NJ -- Move over '72 Dolphins, you have company! With a 15-2 win over Toast, The Summer 2016 Jersey Shore Division Make it a Double squad have joined the ranks of the unbeaten.

Like they did all season, smothering defense, timely hitting and aggressive base running were they keys to their success.

Toast's Matty Buns was the lone bright spot in their bid to play spoiler. He had 2 of their 3 hits including an inside the park homer.

MIAD Pitcher Christian Royston allowed just 3 hits and kept Toast off balance all night changing speeds and location. He was backed up by the usual slick fielding  that allowed the least runs in the league.

Player of the Game Sean Murphy led the game off with a bang, taking the first pitch he saw to right center for an inside the park home run. He would add another IPHR later in the game on his way to a 3-4, 3R, 2RBI night.

MIAD got big contributions from Stephen McKnight (3-4, 2R, 2RBI), Rachelle Paul (2-3, BB, 2R, 2RBI) and Brian Dombrowski (2-2, BB, 2R, 3RBI).

Expecting every other team's best efforts, Make it a Double will have a bulls eye on their back this fall as they look to repeat as Jersey Shore Champs. But for now, they can exhale, high-five and enjoy the win. Congrats!
