Each team will be scheduled for 9 weeks of Doubleheaders, plus playoffs. All games played in Bergen, Hudson, Essex & Passaic county. 

Getting a team into the league is easy - just round up your friends or co-workers, choose a team name, and register online with deposit. And if you're flying solo, join our Free Agent Board, and maybe you'll get picked up for the season.

The ABL Men's Fall Softball League is fun, organized and exciting. We provide all game balls and team shirts for the season. The famed ABL website tracks stats, standings, news, schedule and more. And don't forget to download the ABL App - it's free, and super convenient! 

After the games, head on down to your local tavern and kick back with your teammates over a cold beer and some good eats. What could be better?
