MINOTAUR'S SWEEP BOGGSMEN!!!

The Minotaur team outscored the Boggsmen team with scores of 24-14 and 23-14 to earn the opportunity to play the D'anna Electric team for the ABL Men's fall softball Diamond Cup next week.

For the Minotaur's, Bobby McLaughlin was 3 for 5 at the plate, scored 3 times and had the day high of 7 RBI's.  Teammate, Grant Greenberg was 4 for 5 at bats, scored 4 times and drove in 3 RBI's.  Steve Botteri was perfect 4 for 4 at the plate, scored 3 times and had 2 RBI's.  Dale Greenberg and Mike Martinez each went 3 for 4, scored 3 times and had 3 RBI's each!

For the Boggsmen, Matthew Grath was 3 for 3 at bats, scored 2 times and produced 3 RBI's.  Teammate, Phil Cerone was 3 for 4, including 3 doubles, scored twice with 1 RBI.  Dan Farelli was 1 for 3 and had 4 RBI's.

In the 2nd game, Minotaur's, Albert was 4 for 6, scored 3 times, with 4 RBI's.  Teammate, Dale Greenberg was 3 for 5, scored 3 times with 4 RBI's.  Umair Suri was 4 for 6 at bats, scored twice with 2 RBI's and Jared Koppel was 2 for 3, scoring 2 times with 3 RBI's.  Dave Schussel was the winning pitcher in both contests for the Minotaur's victories.

For the Boggsmen, Dan Cerone and John "Boggs" each went 3 for 4 at the plate, scored twice and drove in 3 RBI's each.  Teammate, Dan Farelli was 3 for 4, scored 3 times and produced 3 RBI's.

Our Congradulations to the Boggsmen Team for a very fine 2015 ABL Men's Fall Softball season.
