McSwiggan's improved to 3-1 on Sunday night after all was said in done in their doubleheader verse McMahon's. Both teams entered the night looking to set the tone for the rest of the season as McSwiggan's had only played 2 games thus far and McMahons only playing 3.

Game 1 went 6 innings and resulted in a 10-7 McSwiggan's win behind the bat of leadoff hitter Dan Clark. Clark finished up 2-2 on the night with a HR, 3 RBI's and a walk while scoring twice. McSwiggans offense clicked as they were able to put up 3 runs in 3 different innings. McMahon's tried their best but couldn't keep up.

Game 2 started much went much differently with McMahons seeming to have control for almost the entire game. McMahons led the game 7-4 going into the top of the 7th when things started to unravel for Keith, the pitcher for McMahons. After recording the first two outs and nearly ending the game, Keith went on to walk the next 7 consecutive batters totaling to 4 runs with only out until the game would have been over. Keith was relieved by Bryan whom got Albeiro to groundout to end the top of the inning. McMahons was unable to do anything with Derek's one out single in the bottom frame as they dropped the second game 8-7.

We're halfway through the season, let's see which teams can make a run....
