Looking to get into shape? Join our Basketball Workout Class

Miss the structure of basketball practice? We're starting something new. It's called Full Court Fitness. A weekly basketball workout class led by a real coach - focused on drills, fitness, and fun. It's not a league. It's not pickup. It's a baller's bootcamp. 

Whether you're trying to get back in shape, sharpen your handles, or just break a sweat doing what you love - this class is built for you. Each session features organized warmups, shooting drills, conditioning, skill work, and a few competitive mini-games to cap things off. 

HOW IT WORKS

  • One session per week, 60 minutes
  • Four-week programs offered monthly
  • Bring your own basketball and water
  • Classes run at local gyms in Monmouth County (Manasquan/Belmar)
  • Choose your preferred time slot: Saturday mornings, Sunday mornings, or weeknights

WHO'S IT FOR?

  • Former high school and rec players
  • Weekend warriors looking to level up
  • Parents of youth players who miss the game
  • Anyone who loves the game and wants a real, structured workout
  • Anyone who loves the great game of basketball and is tired of the same old boring "cardio" classes

Cost: $89 for 4 Sessions

Spots are limited each month. Classes are capped to keep instruction sharp and energy high.
