MONMOUTH/OCEAN COUNTY, NJ -- ABL will be organizing a Men's 5-on-5 Flag Football League in Monmouth/Ocean county this fall season.
Teams can place up to 12 players on the roster (minimum 8), and each team will be scheduled to play an 8-week season plus playoffs.
