Probably Hungover crushes Progressive

Jersey City, NJ - Probably Hungover split their first 2 games of the season, so they needed a win to avoid a sub .500 record. On Tuesday Night vs. Progressive, they had control of the game from tip-off to the very last second.

In an almost painful performance to watch, Progressive got blown out as they couldn’t find a way to slow down their opponent. They had just one field goal in the first 15 minutes and only scored their second bucket with 2 minutes left in the first half, totaling a paltry 8 points. Needless to say, they would need a miracle second half as Probably Hungover scored 43 points going into halftime.

Every single player on Probably Hungover scored, and leading at the half was Ben Carr with 10 points and Andrew Durako with 11 points.

There was some Progress in the second half as Progressive went on a 7-0 run to open the first 2 minutes. Eyeing a comeback, the team was raining 3’s with five 3-pointers in the half; Two from Omar Cordero and Jaw’ree Herron, and one from Omar Lopez.

But Probably Hungover wasn’t going to give this game away and continued to display an outstanding performance. Halfway through the second half, they were cruising with a 28-point lead.

Progressive’s Omar Lopez finished with 11 points, 4 assists, 4 steals, 5 rebounds and 1 block alongside Omar Cordero, who added 10 points and 6 rebounds.

Probably Hungover had four players in double figures. Jason Scherr finished with 14 points, 4 assists, 3 steals and 5 rebounds, Andrew Durako had 16 points, 2 assists, 1 steal and 9 rebounds, Ben Carr had 13 points, 4 assists, 1 steal and 3 rebounds, and Oliver Kaljuvee finished with 19 points, 5 assists, 3 steals and 4 rebounds.

Probably Hungover won the game 75-41.
