Alligators Win 1st Game Against Probably Hungover

Jersey City, NJ – First game of the season for the Alligators, and they sealed it with a win over Probably Hungover. The Gators had a slow start and seemed out of rhythm, allowing Probably Hungover to get an early lead. But Probably Hungover soon lost momentum and the Alligators took advantage as they came back to take the lead by 2 going into halftime 21-19.

At this time, leading scorers for Probably Hungover were Richard McLeod and Jason Scherr with 6 points each. Leading the Alligators was Travis Farrell with 10 points, the only player on either team in double digits.

Moving into the second half, both teams played well and the game was fast-paced. Even though the Alligators started to make small runs, Probably Hungover wouldn’t go away. A steal late in the game by Alligators' Alex Bially sealed his team’s victory.

A low scoring night, but Alligators took the win 46-38.

Probably Hungover’s Jason Scherr had 11 points, 5 steals and 5 rebounds and Andrew Durako had a double-double of 10 points and 11 rebounds. Alligators players of the game were Alex Bially with 13 points, 3 assists, 6 steals and 5 rebounds and Travis Farrell finished with 17 points, 2 assists, 5 steals and 9 rebounds.
