Brossman sinks 4 Three's, Scores 26 pts in Win

JERSEY CITY, NJ -- Ball Don't Lie started the season strong, earning a hard-fought 53-40 victory over Plan B on opening night.

Playing in the 'Russell Westbrook Division,' Ball Don't Lie is hoping their fast start will allow them to compete with the other tough contenders in the division. In last night's game, Dylan Brossman scored 26 points and Nick Rivera added 14 to spark the team. Brossman and Rivera also tallied 9 and 8 rebounds respectively.

For Plan B, they played competitively as indicated by the 20-19 score at halftime. But they allowed Ball Don't Lie to pull away in the 2nd half, getting outscored 33 to 21. In the losing effort, Plan B got solid support from Chris Fonti (12 pts, 13 reb) and Hani Nasr (12 pts, 8 reb).

While Plan B is a rookie team in the ABL Hoops League, Ball Don't Lie is a veteran squad used to winning. Last year, they finished with a 7-3 record, only to lose in the playoffs to the star-studded Anytime Bail Bonds Ballers. We'll see if Ball Don't Lie can take the next step this season, and as indicated by their first game, they are a force to be reckoned with.

Next up for Ball Don't Lie: They take on 'EZ' at 7:30pm on Dec. 5th.

Next up for Plan B: They take on last year's champs, the ABB Ballers at 7pm on Dec. 3rd.
