Equally talented teams both offensively and defensively, YMB and NFC forced this thrilling game to come down to the final seconds. NFC QB Ryan Sheridan kicked off the game with a pass across field into the hands of Ray Sheridan for a touchdown. YMB wasn't too far behind with a touchdown of their own from Connor O’shea.

NFC stayed aggressive in the first half as Corey Hutchinson showed unbelievable footwork and great hands that even shocked the players of Yer Motha's Broccoli. But they still had difficulty offensively in the last 2 minutes of the half. YMB took advantage, as an interception by Ricky Simon and 2 from Tim Colloty led to two touchdowns from Bryan S. At the half YMB was up 21-7.

The second half was even more exciting as NFC gained the momentum, scoring the first 2 touchdowns thanks to Ray Sheridan and Corey Hutchinson, and tied the score at 21 even. YMB kept up the pressure as they looked to take back the lead, and did so with a touchdown by Andrew Arnold. Then NFC’s Ray Sheridan scored another touchdown, but missed the extra point and his team was down 1 with 4 minutes left.

It was now anyone’s game at this point and both teams pushed even harder. With the ball ping ponging between both teams the last 2 minutes, YMB’s Patrick Crimmins made a major play intercepting the ball.

1:30 left in the game and YMB missed an opportunity to score and NFC has the ball back. 20 seconds left, Ryan Sheridan passes across field to Ray Sheridan and it slips through his hands due to YMB’s pressure and that’s the game, 28-27!!
