GARFIELD, NJ -- Good Wood (8-0) is no stranger to the ABL Men's Softball League. They've shown they can compete at a high level. Last year, they had an impressive 13-7 regular season record, but ran into a brick wall known as the EC Hawks, and were swept out of the playoffs. 

This year in the Dale Murphy Division, Good Wood has been on a tear, winning their first 8 games and showing no signs of slowing down. They're currently tied for 1st place with the juggernaut McSwiggans (8-0). Their 142 runs scored and 78 runs against gives them a +60 differential, which is slightly ahead of their arch-nemesis, the EC Hawks (4-2, +46). 

This Sunday, Good Wood looks to keep the streak alive as they take on Here Come the Runs (2-4) at Garfield's Century Park.
