JERSEY CITY, NJ -- The Goodfellas came into this game as the "away favorite" and they certainly showed why. Their roster is small by number (6) but they are a strong/cohesive unit that rely heavily on fast breaks & ball movement.
 
The 'Fellas had 3 players with double digit scoring (Ty J., Corey E. & Sean A.). Kevin J just missed it with 9 points.

Leading all Scorers was Ty J with 17 including 2 "3" pointers.  Corey E chipped in a 3 ball and Sean A had three 3 Pointers go in!  

The Monstars were just a little overmatched.  Their big man, James V. couldnt get anything going in the paint, dropping only 4 points.  Eli N. had a very good game for the Stars reeling in 11 points, 3 assists, 3 steals ( a game high, 9 rebounds.)

GOOD FELLAS have the look of a seasoned veteran team that has played with each other for a long time & i expect them to go far in the tournament.  Spoiler alert moving forward, although he didnt convert on any, watch out for Kevin Johnson's spin move through the lane, lightning quick!
