In one corner, the undefeated former champions, 'Make it a Double,' winners of 15 consecutive games. During the fall season, they let up a mere 24 total runs over 7 games. They not only have a stellar defense, but they are loaded at the plate with some awesome offensive firepower with the likes of Dave Gurney (21 for 25, .840 Avg., 5 Doubles, 5 Triples, 15 RBI's) and Sean Murphy (.704, 13 RBI's). 

They also sport the fearsome female duo of ironwoman AnnMarie Osnato (.583 avg) and team captain JoAnne Hickey (.478 Avg.).

In the other corner, we have the challengers, the # 2 seeded dark horse 'Misfits.' These band of nomads have taken the league by storm this season, scoring 103 runs and letting up only 32 for a division leading +71 (Runs For - Runs Against). Their only defeat came in an 8-7 barnburner walk-off loss to their nemesis, Make it a Double. 

The Misfits have been led by several all-stars in the lineup, namely their anchor and star pitcher JT (.737 Avg., 16 RBI's), catalyst and team captain Tommy Gunz (.652, 13 Runs), power-hitting left-fielder Chris (.625 Avg, 12 RBI's, 11 Runs), Kyle "Strong Beard" Hardie (.714 Avg, 11 RBI's) and the speedy, compact CJ (.609, 12 Runs, 7 Doubles).
