Melonheads Fall to Wet Bandits

This game was most certainly and exciting one to watch. Neither quarterback was afraid to let that ball fly, dispersing touches and touchdowns across the board to their teammates.

With 15 or more completions on both sides of the field, you can only imagine the eventful energy of this game. Perhaps, if the Melonheads took it up a notch or two defensively, the final standings just might have been different. None the less Josh Raffle and Nick Ziuguda lead with 5, and 6 receptions. Josh Rifken made his receptions count with one receiving touchdown, as well as a 2pt conversion.

On the Wet Bandits side, they were putting on a bit more pressure defensively with deflections. William Leonard added one sack, along with their QB adding an interception to turn up the heat. Kevin McDonald and John Watson stood out as they lead in receptions both holding 5 a piece and receiving td's as well. John Watson had 2 receiving touch downs, while Mcdonald contributed a 2pt conversion. Robe Howe contributed 2 ReTD's as well. The half marked a fair game with the score being 14, 22 with the Wet bandits in the lead. The Bandits made sure they put their opponent away with big catches in the final minutes leaving the final score to be 35, 20.
