Mike Brizz and Pete Kennelly batted in 8 of their team's 9 runs to give Riverfront Car Wash Ball Busters the victory.

Kennelly belted a two-run homer in the 1st inning and Brizz had a three-run homerun in the 3rd inning giving the Ball Busters a 5-1 lead.

Kennelly struck again in the 5th inning with a three-run homer to increase the lead to 9-1.

Chris Dunne of Murderer's Row smashed a two-run homerun in the 6th inning, but it was too late as The Ball Busters cruised to a 9-3 victory.

For the Ball Busters Brizz went 3-3, Kennelly went 2-3 and PJ Saporito, Ray and Elise had two hits a piece.  For Murderer's Row Chris dunne went 3-3 with two RBIs and Mike Gogliormella had 2 hits.

The Ball Busters improve to 2-0 and play next on Oct. 4th, while Murderer's Row drops to 0-2 and looks to re-group for their game on Oct. 5th.
