Goodwood Marathon

The Monarch's  took two against the Goodwood team Sunday by hitting a grand total of ten Home Run's in the two games; 5 HR's in each game!!!  Brian Radioan and teammate Eric "T" Monarch each had produced two round trippers along with another from Alex Monteleone.

 

Brian Radioan, Eric "T", and James Tierno went 3 for 4 at the plate with Brian Radioan having team high of 5 RBI's for their cause.  For the Stallions, Kevin Ross went 2 for 3 and teammate John Dutcher had a 2 for 2 game.  Mike Goldieri had 2 RBI's and Matt Ryan had the other RBI

for the Stallions.  

 

In the second game, the Monarch's produced another 5 HR's, but the Goodwood team kept this one competitive all game with a 17-13 going to the Monarch's.  Brian, Eric "T", Nick and Reuben of the 

Monarchs each had home runs with Brian Lutz going 3 for 3 at the plate and 3 RBI's for his effort.  Alex Monteleone had 3 for 4 at bats with 2 RBI's. Teammate Nick had 3 for 4 at bats with 4 RBI's in the winning cause.    

 

For the Goodwood team, Paul Maffei had 3 for 4 at bats.   Kevin Ross,  Mike McInerney, Mark Perratore, Tom villacausa, Mike Goldieri, Andrew Pardew and Tom Kenan each produce 2 hits for the Goodwood team.

Monarch's pitcher, Eric "T", was the winning pitcher in both of the games today. 

In this previously rained out make-up games, the Goodwood team played two spirited games gaining two victories of 15-13 and 13-8 against a good Stallions team effort.  In the 1st game,Garrett Ludwig of the Goodwood's had 6 RBI's while going 2 for 4 at the plate.  Paul Maffei,

 

Mike McInerney and Tom Villacusa each contributed 2 RBI for the Goodwood team.  

For the Stallions, Matt Krysz produced 5 RBI's to go along with his 3 for 4 at bats.  Teammate, Frank Guzman had a perfect 4 for 4 while Rich Barth went 3 for 4 at the plate.  Also, Joey Corallo and Jeff Reilly each  had 2 for 4's.  

Goodwood's, Andrew Pardew was the winning pitcher in this game.

 

In the second game, the Goodwood played some long-ball with 4 team HR's!  Paul Maffei, Mike McInerney and Marc Perratore each produced 2 for 4 at bats to go along with their HR's.John Dutcher, Mike McInerney, Justin Bettinger and Tom Poalillo each had 2 for 3 at the plate.

 

Tom Poalillo was the winning pitcher for the Goodwood's win.

The Stallions Mario Leon went 2 for 4 with 1 RBI.  "C.J" Stallion had 2 for 3 at bats and Joey Corallo had a 1 for 4 with 1 RBI.
