The Stallions' team were totally controlled by The Muy Buenos this day in losing both ends of the doubleheader this Sunday morning in Southern Bergen County. After opening with a 15-3 win The Muy Buenos shut out the Stallions in a 20- 0 victory. taking two wins on the day.
Juan C. Moran, Tank Daniels and Joe Obertlik each had 2 for 3 plate appearances with Tank Daniels and Joe Obertlik each adding 3 RBI's for The Muy Buenos team. Juan F. Moran was 2 for 2 plus drove in 2 RBI's along with being the winning pitcher. The Stallions were only able to produce 11 total team hits, all singles, with Carlos Gil going 2 for 2 at the plate.
In the second game, Juan F. Moran pitched a terrific 2 hit shut-out leading The Muy Buenos to a very easy 20-0 victory. Brian Lutz, Joe Obertlik and Zack Romaine each produced 3 for 3 at bats with Zack adding 4 RBI's. But it was Brain Lutz's proved to be a one man wrecking crew with 3 for 3 including a double, 2 Home Runs and 6 , that's correct, six (6) RBI's while scoring 3 times!!!
