JERSEY CITY / HOBOKEN, NJ -- As old man winter approaches, teams will be lining the court as early as January 11th, when the ABL Winter Classic Hoops Tourney kicks off our Winter Season in Jersey City and Hoboken. Each team that registers for ABL's Winter Basketball League will get an automatic entry into the Tournament.
Teams will be seeded in 4 separate pools, and the winners will battle it out in the semifinals and championship. The tournament will play from January 11th thru January 20th, on a combination of Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday nights, at 2 premier courts.
The 180 9th Street Gym is home to Bobby Hurley's St. Anthony's basketball team, and sports a major floor upgrade. It's one of the better gymnasiums in the area.
We're also proud to introduce our latest gym - the Hoboken Catholic Academy, located at 7th/Madison St. It's a beautiful gymnasium, one worthy for our style of 5-on-5 play.
